Paula Roberts, CEO of Halo Brand Leadership, is an award-winning, trailblazing not-for-profit marketer and advertising agency professional with over 25 years of experience. She spent the past six years as Executive Vice-President of Marketing and Development at Plan International Canada, where she led the introduction of the internationally successful Because I am a Girl Initiative which generated over $45M in just five years from public funds alone. Prior to Plan, Paula was Vice-President of Marketing at SickKids Foundation, where she introduced the heralded Believe branding campaign that doubled the funds raised during her four-year tenure. Both campaigns received multiple Cassie Awards for advertising effectiveness, including Gold Awards for Sustained Success.
